“Let’s GO and preach the Gospel!”
By now, you know that more and more evangelists are being added to our number all the time. That is obviously a good thing, but it would be meaningless if these evangelists were sitting at home, gazing at a graduation certificate. To God be all the glory – because the vast majority of those who have been through a CfaN Evangelism Bootcamp, or School of Evangelism or a Fire Camp, are actively getting out there – all over the world! – preaching the Gospel, praying for the sick, and getting people saved.
Every week, Macoby Donaldson (CfaN Evangelism Alliance Director), collects and collates documented salvation decisions from all these evangelists. Reading through that magnificent roll call of souls, country by country, is the highlight of my week! Just the numbers alone make my heart sing.
But they’re not just numbers. Behind every number is an individual, someone who has met Jesus. Today, I want to share with you a fraction of the testimonies that have poured in over the past year, so you can rejoice with us. Because God is moving all over the world, and today is the day of salvation!
One man had spent thousands of dollars in surgery and hadn't slept through one night in nearly 30 years due to back pain. He was totally healed. After prayer, he was able to bend down and touch the ground for the first time in years. He was contemplating suicide that day but said he didn't because Jesus told him in a dream not to. Jesus said he needed to go to his old church and that a missionary would pray for him and he would be healed. People were weeping at the altar and 13 were saved. Later, I was able to bring speakers to an active protest in Brazil and a riot turned into repentance! 200 people surrendered their life to Christ, and as we were preaching, healings and deliverances broke out everywhere.

Bootcamp graduates are training 8 students in preaching the Gospel. Shops are allowing us to park in front of them to preach, drunks are focusing on the message and surrendering their lives to Jesus. Wives of imams are giving their lives to Christ. Jesus is on the move! The students we have trained went out and preached with authority and power. Prostitutes gave their lives to Jesus Christ because they finally saw Jesus did not come to condemn them but to save them. They repented of their lifestyle and asked Jesus to be their master and savior.

We came to Tobelo to scout out the land for a Great Gospel Event in 2023. We were told the church was very divided and there were many unsaved even in the churches. We were able to gather over 300 pastors, some of whom had not come together for over 5 years. The locals said it was a miracle. What's more, when we started preaching in the churches, we saw many salvations.

Yannick stopped two young Muslim men who did not speak English. He began preaching the Gospel through Google translator and then noticed that one boy had a brace on his wrist. Yannick, without asking, grabbed his wrist and prayed and the boy was instantly healed. Both young men gave their lives to Jesus.

An 82-year-old man was sitting on a bench. One of our team sat beside him to share the Gospel but she felt like the conversation was going around in circles. She stood up to move on and talk to someone else, but as she did, the man said, "Today is my day!" So she sat down again and led him to the Lord. Afterwards he told her, "My minister has been telling me for thirty years I need to do this – he'll never believe me!"
Deborah McCracken, United Kingdom
During one of the nights of the campaign, the team really struggled with their translator, as he'd randomly stop and seem to just go blank mid-sentence. But what was happening (as he later shared with the team) is that while he was interpreting, he too was receiving the message of the Gospel, and he made the decision to put his faith in Jesus Christ!

We had a flat tire, so we went to see if a roadside repair man could fix it. As we waited for the repair, our evangelists set up the speaker and preached in the market, seeing 15 decisions for Christ. At the end of this, I asked our repair man, Alex, if he was walking with Jesus. “If I'm honest, no,” he said. I asked him if he would like to come back to Jesus and he replied, “Yes, very much so.” God can use a flat tire to reach a marketplace and a backslidden man!

During the altar call, a young boy came to the front to receive Jesus. Standing beside him was another young man he said was his brother. Next, his sister joined as well to receive Jesus as her Lord. Then a man ran out of his seat to the front. I asked him who he was, and he said, “I am their father.” I asked him why he came forward and he said, “I wanted to surrender my life to Jesus Christ, and make Him my Lord.”

Because I am a missionary in Mozambique, I knew that God's calling for me to do the Bootcamp was in large part to bring what was imparted back to the people and cities of Mozambique. I have taken what I've learned from CfaN and developed a three-week training where evangelists from many districts are taught about one-on-one evangelism and Gospel Truck preaching. The third week is our practical week. During this week, we were able to conduct 40 different Gospel Truck outreaches where we witnessed 1063 decisions for Christ and multiple miracles. But the fruit does not stop here! All of these men will now go back to their districts to strengthen the churches and train others in how to evangelize.

I was asked to preach at a healing service. Evangelist Richard Smitherman preached the Gospel and then I closed with a message on healing, and we prayed for the sick. As we began praying for the sick over the microphone, four separate people walking past the church on the sidewalk were hit with the power of God and received healing. All four of them came and testified. One lady with extreme stomach pain who could not walk comfortably was completely healed. Her daughter had muscle spasms in her legs and hands and was also healed as she walked past the church.

In Lusaka, after teaching on healing as taught by CfaN, I prayed for the sick. After praying, I called out for those who had evidence of their healing, asking them to come to the Gospel Truck to testify. Suddenly, we heard screams of joy, and I saw two ladies bringing a young girl of about seven towards the truck. The little girl was smiling and freaking out at the same time. We asked what happened. The older ladies explained that the girl had had crossed eyes since birth and her vision was impaired. But during prayer for the sick, her eyes straightened instantly and she testified she could now see clearly, totally healed by Jesus.

A man at the car repair garage saw me wearing a CfaN t-shirt with a picture of Jesus on it, wearing the crown of thorns. He came directly to me and told me the man on my shirt appeared in his dream and told him to speak to the person he sees with that picture on his shirt, and he will tell him what he must do. After preaching the Gospel to him, he gave his life to Jesus.

A woman came up on stage who had been paralyzed for three years. She was completely restored, running up and down and dancing as all the people cheered. Just as I finished blessing her, another woman broke through the crowd surrounding us and fell to her knees, begging for prayer. The testimony of the paralyzed woman had given her so much hope. When I saw this, she reminded me of the woman with the issue of blood in the Bible. She had a large, visible lump on her throat and as we prayed, it disappeared instantly.

Conclusion:
Jesus saves, Jesus heals, Jesus delivers! He is the Good Shepherd, who leaves the ninety-nine to rescue the one. No matter where, no matter what the prevailing culture is in any place, no matter who is preaching, the simple Gospel brings sinners to repentance.
Thank you for carrying this ministry with your prayers and your support. With you, we thank God for every person saved, healed and set free.
Together with you in the harvest,
Evangelist Daniel Kolenda
P.S. CfaN is constantly helping and sending many of these fledgling evangelists, supporting them logistically and pairing them with Bootcamp graduates. As this global movement grows, so do the financial needs. Now is a great time to sow into the harvest as the Lord leads you!
